London based Audio Visual specialists Integrated Circles have completed a project to create a sophisticated demonstration facility named "Showcase", for Detica, the UK-based CRM consultancy which helps its clients harness technology to identify, attract and retain customers.
By working closely with Detica and their interior design team from an early stage, Integrated Circles using their highly specialised knowledge, were able to deliver a first class conference facility with unique audio visual systems built to demonstrate and demystify the relationships and interactions between businesses and customers when using state of the art e-business solutions.
Showcase, is unique in design and located within Detica's headquarters in Guildford, Surrey. State-of-the art designs and first class demonstrations will allow senior decision makers to visualise how the best practical approaches to CRM can truly enhance the experience of their customers and will provide an ideal opportunity for companies to bring together their top people from different departments to formulate coherent new customer strategies.
Integrated Circles was responsible for the design and installation of all the audio visual hardware including interactive projection systems, plasma screens, video, audio, computer graphic switching and control equipment. Among the many features installed, a specialised lighting control and dimming system allows the company to change the mood of a room. With the touch of a button, the company have the opportunity during presentations to switch between the various stages of the customer relationship, allowing the audience to experience processes using traditional technologies from office and home locations, together new media such as mobile and WAP enabled devices.
"Because of the nature of the client's business, this was a highly specialised and complex job. Fortunately, Detica were very exacting in their requirements and knew what the wanted to achieve. This allowed us to design and deliver a system that would best demonstrate their expertise, within a tight design and build schedule," explained Paul Nolan, Project Manager at Integrated Circles.
"Showcase" will give Detica the leading edge in this highly competitive market and we are delighted with the look and feel of this facility, which is very impressive.
"The demonstrations will spark new ideas and expert consultants from Detica will be on hand to challenge those ideas and facilitate the brainstorming process," said Nick Graham-Rack, CTO for Detica.
